We’ve created detailed assessment exams for specific modules within QuickBooks Online.  QuickBooks Online has a multi currency feature which allows you to track and record transactions in more than one currency.  If you have a second bank account or credit card, or if a significant portion of your sales or expenses take place in a currency other than the currency of your country, you will likely have turned this feature on.   The multi currency functionality cannot be turned off, once it has been turned on, so before you click that “Ok” button, make sure that your bookkeeper knows how to use the features properly!  This test does not assess them for knowledge or understanding of the recording of specific transactions, but only for the functionality of the Multicurrency features within the software.  If you are unsure about their understanding of General Bookkeeping Principles, we would recommend the Bookkeeping 101 Assessment Exam.
